Linking Jira Service Desk to different confluence space.

Hi all. 

I have a Jira Service Desk instance 8.9 used by different teams to manage tickets currently. They are IT, MIS, Infrastructure. Each of this team has their own site spaces in Confluence, where they collaborate and create their knowledge-base articles.

In JSD View/Edit tickets screen, under the Knowledge based section, we have an option to search knowledge base and create articles.

  1. If they use the option to create article, will the articles automatically be stored in their own team site space? If not, how can we make it so?
  2. Will all the articles that the teams create in their own site space appears in JSD View/Edit ticket screens regardless where the articles resides ?

2) Am I right to assume that as long as proper labels are attached to the articles regardless which site spaces they are created in, these articles will appear in the View/Edit screen in JSD?
