Hi all.
I have a Jira Service Desk instance 8.9 used by different teams to manage tickets currently. They are IT, MIS, Infrastructure. Each of this team has their own site spaces in Confluence, where they collaborate and create their knowledge-base articles.
In JSD View/Edit tickets screen, under the Knowledge based section, we have an option to search knowledge base and create articles.
2) Am I right to assume that as long as proper labels are attached to the articles regardless which site spaces they are created in, these articles will appear in the View/Edit screen in JSD?
