I want to get a link that I can share with others that sends them directly to the TOC topic/link on a page that uses tabs. So if i had a page with an overview tab and a learning resources tab; and the learning resources tab had a table of contents with a toc topic called Appendix. I want to get a link URL that sends them exactly to the Appendix. Not to the overview tab or top of the learning resources tab. benefit: there's no scrolling or trying to figure out where to go on the page.
