Hi all,
I have a Confluence page and I can link to Jira issues with no problem, just writing the Jira Issue number (like XX-1234).
I been using it this way, linking stories from one board.
But today, i tried to link a Jira issue from another board into a new page in Confluence, and no luck.
I have a Kanban board and a Scrum board. I have full admin permissions in Confluence.
I'd really appreciate any help!
Cheers!
Hi Noelia,
I just helped another user with almost the same issue.
Since you are a cloud user, please click here and open a ticket with Atlassian Support.
There isn't much you can do from your end. They will have to clear filters and run an indexing.

Hi Noelia,
When you edit the Confluence page and try to enter the JIRA ticket number what error message do you get?
Also remember even if you are a Confluence Admin, if a Space or a page is restricted you won't be able to access it except if the owner lets you. I assume it is not the case for you here.

Hi Fadoua,
Thanks.
I don't get any error. The ticket number that belongs to the kanban board was just text. This changed this morning and now it's a link, but still not as other links:
Notice how DS-1 is not the same as DD-3295.
DS-1 should be "In Qa" state.
I have unrestricted access to the page.
The ticket number coming from this kanban board was not being linked to the ticket in any of the pages of the space yesterday.
Is any setting that might have changed? If so, I'd like to know what could cause this to solve it in the future if it happens again.
Indeed, it just happened again in a page I own:
So, the question is: why sometimes writing a ticket number just creates the links and sometimes not?
