Limit Space creation and limit access to defined spaces

Hello,

We are going to be rolling out to our internal users and we want to be able to limit each space that end users have access to, and also limit the ability to create spaces to certain people. 

Can someone point me in the right direction for these? 

Group settings don't specifically call out Spaces, just pages. 

I know you can limit a Guest users Space access, but I'm not seeing it for standard users.

Edit: I found where to limit Space creation settings in Global settings!

As you figured out, "Create space" is a global permission.

To limit access to specific spaces, just use the "view" space permission. You can assign it to individual users or groups in each space.
