License expired when app is bought

Hello I have bought the license for Google and it appears as Invalid licence.

Please help me enable it.

Hi @droch 

Did you copy/paste the entire license key without modifying it?

Is there anything in the log file? 

Did you buy the correct license for the correct plugin?  

What is the license type, and does it match with the license of confluence? (amount of users)

Did you contact the developer of the plugin? (Maybe there is a bug)
