License Key: That's not a valid license key.

Hi guys,

I just bought a new License Key for my Confluence and Bitbucket (self-hosted) Server. The Bitbucket-Key worked without any issues, but if i paste the Confluence key it says :"That's not a valid license key."

I already read some posts about the same Issue but they couldnt really help me with my problem. I already copied the Key into an editor and chhecked if there were some additional spaces or tabs.

Hi,

don't use any editor and just simply copy-paste it from my.atlassian.com portal.

If there is still error - can your share your atlassian-confluence.log file?

Hi Petr,

its still not working. If I get another failed login, the atlassian-confluence.log File doesn't change. Thats why there are no entries to the problem as you can see here :

Can you try it with new evaluation license from my.atlassian.com?

It didn't work with new evaluation licenses. I may try to re-install confluence as it fixed the same issue from an other user
