Some of my legacy editor pages are marked as eligible (inlcuding the prompt "Time to convert your page") but when I try to convert them I get an error stating "This page cannot be converted" (without giving any details).
These are simple pages - sometimes only text and a few hyperlinks, sometimes only 3 small and simple tables. One is even a landing page of a space and has only a title and a picture, nothing else. There is no obvious reason why they cannot be converted.
Is there any workaround/solution to this issue?
What will happen to these pages when automatic conversion is started in February?
Welcome to the community.
These seems like an issue related to your instance.
Best is to reach out to Atlassian Support, to find out if they can investigate your instance and the logging.
As this is a public forum and members of the forum have no access to Atlassian instances, we can't help out in these kind of questions
Hi @Marc -Devoteam- ,
thank you for your reply. I thought maybe someone else had a similar problem and might give a hint about the source of the issue so I can solve it without our IT admin.
I will ask IT to contact the Atlassian Support now.

Hello @Annika Schmidt
Regarding what will happen during conversion could be found here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/Then-what-happened-if-I-click-Convert-page-From-Legacy-editor-to/qaq-p/3132847
You will not use any content, the editor will have minor changes.
