The left hand menu appears to bottom out & am unable to 'scroll' all the way down on an extended menu list to view or select items at bottom.
In addition, on the Confluence main landing 'Your Work' page, the bottom left hand icons for Profiles, Notifications, etc aren't visible.
Appears to be a rendering issue where the Left hand slide out menu bar is unable to scroll all the way to the bottom?
Interesting. For me, the Confluence Cloud instance we use for testing has a frozen left sidebar in both Chrome and Safari. Have you narrowed this down to Safari only on your Mac? I am using Safari Version 11.1 (13605.1.33.1.4). Is that what you are using?
The "Your work" list on the right is scrollable in that view but the sidebar is static. Here is a screen shot of Safari on my instance:
Please post a similar screen shot so we can better understand what you are seeing.
Thanks,
Ann
Hi Ann,
Thanks for trying to help out here - you can see here on the bottom left of the screenshot, the profile/notifications icons are hidden (you can just see the 'red' tip of the notifications icon, and it isn't possible to scroll down. Even with a full menu on the left menu bar, it doesn't allow for it to scroll down, as if the render is way out of line with the actual browser border.
The issue presents when using Safari 11.0.3 on a 2017 MacBook Pro.
If I switch to Chrome, it appears to work fine.

Thanks for the screen shot and browser version. Based on the Cloud Supported browsers doc, I speculate that it is either your browser version (since it displays ok on my Safari 11.1) or else the screen resolution on your Mac. Mine is on the default for the screen; the doc mentions it has to be at least 1024x768.
To resolve the issue so you can use Safari with Cloud, if possible, please update your browser (involves updating Mac OS) and try a different screen resolution in System Preferences under Displays.
