Layout of the Atlassian Knowledge Base

What is the layout used in the Atlassin knowledge base, is Confluence's own standard?

Example: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver077/jira-applications-overview-945534733.html

I am referring to the layout of the columns and formatting of the text, we used confluence in my company, but I did not find any layout similar to the one above.
