Label Logic for Content Report Table

Is there a way to incorporate logic when using Insert the content report table macro ?

I'd like the report to return only pages that have both labels X AND Y.

I understand that it is currently designed and Atlassian's helps directs users in how to use with only the OR function, but it'd be awesome if there were a way to incorporate the AND functionality some way.

The Content by Label macro actually does satisfy my current needs, but I like the UX of the Content Report Table.

Content report table macro uses the "OR" operator and not "AND", so you can't add a logic to get the functionality you indicate, but you can include the content macro by label, which will show you the pages that have both labels in the following way:
