Wir haben seit 2 Wochen keinen Zugriff auf die Seite

Ist das gesperrt in meinem kostenlosen Account oder muß ich das irgendwo einstellen?

Hi @Heike Landschulz and welcome to the community.

I used to have a Free Confluence which I used very sporadically and was never locked out two weeks. I remember getting emails prompting me to log in but it was 'if you don't log in within a couple weeks, you're out'.

However, I did experience issues getting in because I also used my work confluence under the same Chrome account and I would get into a login loop. Solution - two accounts or two browsers.

We are all logged in with a account.
And it worked until 2 weeks ago 🙁
