Hello,

I am running Atlassian Confluence 5.7. We use Confluence in part to run a Knowledge base for our IT environment. When a new KB article is created, it does not show up in search results, or when clicking on a label to view related articles. This has only been happening for a month or so. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Chris

Did you try a manual reindexing of the site?

I just completed that. It fixed the issue for searching. When you click on a label however it does not show the articles. I just went to one of the articles in question, and it said there were no associated labels. This may be a bug, because those labels were created when I wrote the Knowledge base article. I re-entered the labels on the article and now it shows up.

Thanks for the reply!
