Jira stopped to work, after db setup

hi all, i followed the guide to setup the DB ( Mysql ) 

on a new jira server setup

after i configured the db ( tested the connection and all ok )

i restarted jira, but now i have error 503 and im unable to connect

( i yet configured the license for core and software, i can reinstall all the server? )

Hi Francesco,

I understand that you did not complete the JIRA installation and restarted the JIRA. When you access the JIRA next time, you will see the setup wizard again where you left off. If this is not the case then you might have restarted the application when the JIRA is writing data to the Database. If this is the case, then you might need to reinstall all over again (by purging tables in the database). OR you can also try deleting the contents(files and folders) from JIRA home directory and start the JIRA to see if you are presented with a setup wizard and move on.
