Dear all,

We have a confluence page where there is a simple Jira macro with a JQL query based on a project and labels content.

For some reason for a specific user that macro does not execute properly and generate the following error

image (4).png

All user are accessing confluence using SSO and are properly configured, only a spcecific user cannot get this Jira filter to work.

That user has proper access to Jira project where this filter is collecting data from.

Any idea about the issue and how to solve ?

regards

Hi @serge calderara
I hope you are well.

This looks similar to the bug reported in CONFSERVER-60605 .

Could you please confirm if the affected user has the Shared team management permission in Advanced Roadmaps for Jira?

Kind regards,
Thiago Masutti
