Jira Macro Filter not showing the custom field value in Confluence

Hello,

We are not able to fetch some of the Custom Field Value through Jira Macro Filter report in confluence for almost a month, its not new custom fields, they were actually pulling fine, all of a sudden since a month, its not fetching correctly.

Anybody facing the same and any Collaborators can confirm any open issue is out there where i can track? Thanks

What are the field types for each of those fields?

Are the issues from a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?

There are currently 161 unresolved issues related to the Jira Macros in Confluence Cloud. Only 4 of them explicitly mention "filter results" and don't seem to match what you are specifically seeing.

Issues from a Team Managed Project. Also i tried Refreshing many time using Refresh icon, still the data is not fetching.

Please let me know if any more details required from my end.

Are you working with Confluence Cloud or Confluence Server/Data Center?

Can you show the configuration dialog for the macro?

I am able to show both types of fields in Confluence Cloud using the basic Jira filter results macro.

Just to make sure everything has been checked, can you confirm that when you view the issues in Jira they show values for those fields?

Based on the types of fields it sounds like these issues are in a Team Managed project. Is that correct?

So far I have not been able to recreate this issue. I've tried creating additional custom fields with the same field names in different Team Managed projects and creating same named custom fields for Company Managed projects.

I recommend that you open a support case directly with Atlassian. And it would be great if you could report back what you learn.
