Jira Issues Macro - way to set a template for the Display Options?

I'd like to insert tickets using the Jira Issues macro, but I only ever want to show the same three columns. Is there a way to set a default view here so I don't need to uncheck the multiple columns I don't need in the Display Options?

In Confluence Server, it's possible to modify the default columns in the JAR file:

If you are on Confluence Cloud, however, it is not possible to do this. We have a feature request below:

• CONFCLOUD-32917 JIRA Issues Macro default column configuration
