Based on this issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-57382 you need to asl a reset of the related application link.
The issue is usually due to a broken Application Link. Please contact Atlassian Support (by logging a support request in support.atlassian.com) to have the application links reset.
