When I open my existing reports within Confluence, the Jira chart macros display the following message:
"JIRA Charts are not available for your version of JIRA. Upgrade to JIRA 6.1.1 or later to use this macro."
I am using the Cloud hosting of Jira/Confluence. I have seen other articles that discuss clearing the cache; however these tend to state that this resolution is for the Server version, rather than the Cloud.
Can anyone provide any guidance on how to resolve this issue?
Hello Daniel,
The issue you are reporting is related to a possible corrupt cache on the cloud instance. In order to fix this you will be required to run a full re-index (locked) on both Jira and Confluence. You can find more about this type of issue at JIRA Issues Macro: JIRA Charts are not available for your version of JIRA.
Since you’re on a cloud product, you will not be able to resolve the index caching issue on your end. With this said, I have created a support ticket on your behalf to have this looked into. You should be getting an email from support shortly.
Regards,
Stephen Sifers
Before indexing , Please do a HealthCheck in JIRA if there is any Free Space issue encounted.
if yes, sortout the issue and then do indexing if required.
