Japanse characters in PPTX file can't be displayed properly

I have been using Confluence Sever 5.9.7 here. When insert a PPTX file with Japanese characters and

click "Presentation" icon at bottom left corner of the PPTX file, Japanese characters can't be displayed properly.

Each Japanese character is displayed as square. If this is known issue, please let me know issue#, workaround

etc.

Do you happen to be using Linux as a backend?  In that case, this issue might help:

You may need to make sure that you have the right fonts on your system (the same ones as in the PPTX)

If you mean backend is Confluence server itself, yes though.
