JIRA hamburger menu not linking to Confluence after Base URL change

I changed the base URL for confluence from http://localhost.8090 to http://servername:8090 after installing JIRA then confluence (Windows). When in JIRA the hamburger menu contains the localhost URL. I can browse directly to http://servername:8090.

- Re-create the Application Links between JIRA and Confluence from JIRA with new URl.
