I have installed the free trial version of JIRA.
I would like to work on the settings on JIRA Admin but it is not visible. It is supposed to be visible under the Filters tab.
I have logged in as Admin

Your account does not have admin rights on this Jira system. You'll need to talk to your admins.

I'm the one who has created the instance and account, so I have the full on admin access.
I'm sorry but I don't understand which admin do you really mean by?

Ok, but the lack of settings cog tells us the account you are using is not an administrator.
