It is possible to pay our account without the VAT-Number?

Our company is in Germany and we have no international VAT-Number. I get always an error-message.

Could you let us know exactly which error message you're getting and which page are you getting the error on? It shouldn't require a VAT number specifically, but it will charge you VAT. You can try from my.atlassian.com if you haven't tried to pay there yet either.
