I'm trying to setup the HTML and CSS for PDF exports in confluence. Anything I put in the Title box though doesn't show up in the exported PDF. Does anyone know why that might be or how I can fix it?

Another question is, how are you performing the PDF export? In the link Marc has provided, it's stated:
...PDF customization only applies to space exports (not single page exports via More actions ( > Export > Export to PDF)...
