Issues Connecting Jira Cloud to Facebook Workplace

I am not able to connect our Facebook Workplace account to Jira Cloud. I get the following error message,

"Jira Cloud for Workplace currently only supports Jira Cloud sites. The URL entered does not match a known Jira Cloud site. Please check the spelling of your URL, and then contact support if you are using Jira Cloud and are still unable to connect."

Any suggestions?

  I would double check all of the required steps to ensure that you did not miss something.  https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/jira-cloud-for-workplace-950806377.html  If you still receive the error after checking everything I would contact support.

Probably time to contact support then, with a description of the error.
