Issues - Confluence page becomes unresponsive when restricted and attachment macro is used

Dear all, 

The version of Confluence is 6.15.2 (Server) and I have noticed that when I have page with restricted access and use the attachment macro to add an attachment in Google Chrome and in Mozilla Firefox the page slows down and becomes unresponsive even when the files are under 1 MB. If I leave the page the attachments are saved and attached, but it is very unpleasant.  Has anybody else experienced this behavior? When the page is not restricted it is not an issue.
