Issue with accessing the jira space

Hi Support team ,  we are facing issue while accessing the confluence space .

We gave a user level access to one of the user.

1. Gave the access to the user as per the updated license date
2. Confluence space access is give to the user
3. User is unable to access the space.

That being said, please supply us with the screenshot mentioned in your post and we can try to help you thru this issue.  There is most likely a permission or restriction in play here.
