I hope this message finds you well. I am currently in the process of configuring our Confluence spaces to align them with our organization's structure. This includes setting up teams in Confluence before renaming or creating new spaces. (long story short)
However, when the team creation notification links are sent to users when they are added to a team. The notification link directs users to https://team.atlassian.com/people/team/
Our organization utilizes a cloud instance, and our primary products (Jira, support, and wiki) are hosted on companyname.atlassian.net. Given this setup, we expected all team-related links to direct users to our .net domain.
Could you please provide insights into the following concerns:
- Link Redirection Issue: Why do the links in the notifications direct users to a general Atlassian domain rather than our specific cloud instance (netlogix.atlassian.net)?
- Accessing Newly Created Teams: Is there a specific reason why newly created teams cannot be accessed directly from our .net domain?
- Possible Solutions: Are there any settings or configurations we might have missed that could resolve this issue?
