Issue with Smart Link not saving properly

I'm having trouble using Smart Links in my Confluence projects. I can insert the Smart Link (with the same name as the file stored in my SharePoint), and it initially appears to work. However, when I navigate to another page and come back, the field to insert the link shows up again — as if the link wasn't saved. Also, the file doesn't display, even though the name matches exactly. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?

I would like to inform you that there is an incident affecting Smart Links. The developers are working on a fix, but there is no estimated time for resolution yet.

I see that there is already a support ticket for your instance https://getsupport.atlassian.com/browse/PCS-420388 and the issue is being currently tracked there.

You will receive the update directly on the support ticket once the issue once the fix is implemented.

@Brian McFarlane it will/should be rolled out to all instances. It's rolled out gradually, but fixes are typically deployed to all instances within 24 hours.

I am facing the same problem, I created some links in the morning and it was working fine. However in the last hour or its behaving the same as explained by Luis. Something broke

Looks like the issue is resolved when i checked yesterday 6/17
