Hello.

I have two employees.

They have some problem to reset their passwords to confluence account.


I've sent them "Send re-invitation" but the password doesn't work for their account

 

Please help with them.

Resending the invitation will not allow the users to reset their password. Follow https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/change-your-confluence-password/ for resetting passwords. Cheers!
