Issue with Balsamiq wireframes

I tried creating a wireframe using Balsamiq. I had opened a blank page and tried to edit using Balsmaiq wireframe.but when I saved the project it got saved as an attachment of 2 files.one png and other blmr.

Is there any way that I can get those attachments imported to look like a normal balsamiq page. I know am missing on something.

Or would I have to redo the entire wireframe.

Also, does Balsamiq behave differently on IE Vs Edge ?
