We are trying to set up the Zephyr tool along with the integration of the JIRA.
We are having the JIRA v7.1.0-OD-05-006 version.
The requirement is "Enabling the Remote API"
As per the JIRA online documents "You need System Administrator permissions in order to perform this function. Users with only the Confluence Administrator global permission can't do this"
We have the Administrator credentials with us but we need the system administrator credentials.Can we upgrade the Administrator account to System Administrator account? Will this affect in the license cost.
Can you please provide us the solution to get the acess of the system administrator ?

No. You will not get system administration on Cloud.
But. Cloud already has the remote API enabled.

Yes I agree with that, Remote API (XML-RPC & SOAP) checkbox is checked but we can not disabled this.
So my doubtful whether this enabled API is active ?
