Issue editing page even though I have access to edit

Hello! 

The page owner has granted me access to both view and edit a page, however I am still seeing the red lock at the top and as a result am unable to edit. I can see in the page information that I've been given access to edit. In addition when I select the red lock at the top of the page I can see that I can "view and edit". However the red lock should not be there if I do have access to edit!

Hi @Alex ,

I hope the edit permissions are missing from the space level permission, not at the page level.

Can you check if you have the edit permissions at the spec level?

• Navigate to Space settings -> permissions.
• Under individual users, check if you have page permission.
