Issue accessing spaces after upgrade

After completing the confluence upgrade I have trouble accessing my spaces. We moved from version 5.8 to the latest 6.15.4. The error message I get when accessing a space in Chrome is:

The webpage at https://mysite.com:8443/space might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED

In Firefox I get:

Content Encoding Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Any advice is appreciated.

Upon further research I found my answer: https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/disabling-and-enabling-apps-273875716.html Had to disable a non compatible add-on
