My App has been deleted and I was trying to contact support if they can check if there is any option so get it back, but it always redirects me to the Community. I remember from before that there was a way to contact support, but now it seems they cut this off for free accounts? Best regards Jen
PS: yes I know its my fault that I didnt see the reminder emails regarding deleting the account ;)
Hello @Kimchi
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
This particular issue concerns reactivation of your subscription which is a license/billing issue. For those you can contact the Billing, Licensing, Pricing support team through the following page.
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
Select the options for Your Account, then Reactivate Subscription.
Hello @Kimchi
I understand that you are looking for help regarding a deleted app, however we are not sure for which product you are requesting to get back and if we are looking on the correct site.
We can see that the site r********kt.atlassian.net has Jira and Confluence, and both are currently active.
The records for Confluence indicates there were no suspension for the product recently, and for Jira, it seems there was a reactivation back then on Sep, 2025.
We can see that you received emails also for another Free site, k*******er.atlassian.net, and this one has a Confluence Free product, also active.
We can also see you received emails about inactivity, however, it mentions 2026-06-01, so you should be able to access the site and record activity to avoid suspension and deactivation of the product and site there.
If this is for another site and it is already deactivated, we would highly recommend getting in contact with our billing and licensing team for reactivation of the same, as Trudy mentioned, at https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/.
Free sites are able to open a request with our billing and licensing team, so this should not be a blocker, but if you run into any issues, please let us know, but we would need more information on the site and product you are looking for assistance, given the context above.
Regards,
Jessica
