Is there permission that needs to be granted to allow a user to save print screens on a confluence

Author of the page is able to save a picture, however, users invited are not able to save screen prints, but are able to enter text.  Is there a permission that needs to be granted?

By "save a picture" do you mean add an attachment (image or any other file type) to the page?

If yes, then yes there is an Add Attachments permission at the Space level. A user must have that permission in order to attach any type of file to the page.

If by “save print screens” you mean uploading screenshots as attachments to the page, then there is a specific permission for that.

The user needs Add attachment permission in the space. Also note that uploading attachments is tied to editing, so they will normally also need Add content permission and no page-level restriction blocking edits.
