Is there any way to disable rich editing in comment page in a anonymous authorized space ?

In a Confluence page, if an anonymous user can access to a space with enabled comments, he can create a new comment using rich editor, including macros.

We wan't to let him create a comment, but, whithout inserting links, macros, etc.

Is-it possible ?
