Is there any way to add link to Confluence via Browser?

The deal is I would love it if I can can add link to one my space straight from browser (without necessity to run confluence online and adding it manually).

So, is there a way to do that>?

I don't understand what you are asking. Confluence is hosted on a server which you access from your browser. Are talking about running the server locally in the client machine?
