We recently upgraded our Confluence DEV environments to version 6.13 and we want to disable the Autowatch feature for all users globally. Is there any setting in Administration to do this?

Hi @Harpreet Jaswal, Welcome to the community.

In Confluence, users can disable the auto-watch function from their User Profiles by unchecking the "Autowatch" option within their Email Settings.

It's not currently possible for an Admin to disable this Globally so it must be done per User.

There is one suggestion opened for Confluence, but Atlassian has no plans to implement this feature.

Rather you can apply the workaround which is available at CONFSERVER-22070 description.

Thanks,
Ram.
