Is there any option for page level approval for cloud confluence

My requirement is

When the page owner approves to edit/modify the page to the viewer that time they have  edit the page else we can show them approval is pending or rejected from the page owner.

Is this functionlity aviliable in confluence cloud or add on.

I understand that you want to the page owner to approve or reject edits by other users. 

Have you looked at Comala Document Approval or Comala Document Control for Confluence Cloud? I think that the 'Basic Approval Workflow' may suit your requirement.

Please note that I work at Comalatech and there are other Atlassian apps on the Marketplace that may also suit your requirements.
