Is there an option to define an automated update on a custom page template?

After I apply a custom page template I built on one of the pages and then go back to template and change something, it does not update the template in the page.

Is there a way to make it automatically update all the pages that use template?

As explained in this post (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Automatic-modification-pages-using-Template/qaq-p/2027412), changes to the template only affect future pages you create.
