Is there an option to Approve the review?

We wanted to use Crucible review as the code acceptance approval process whereby we can approve the review to indicate that it adhere the defined flow and code changes are accepted.

Is there a way to approve the review in the current workflow?

You can use the Moderator role with permissions so that, the moderator only can 'complete' the review (or rather approve)
