Is there an easy way to notify a page owner of a needed update?

I am looking for some structured way of letting a page owner know that some particular info on the page is out of date/incorrect/confusing. It could be a tag on the page or anything, really. The main requirement I am looking for is ability to leave feedback on a page in a manner that will notify the owner automatically.

You could use the comments on a page and @ mention the owner. You also have the option to leave inline comments, see Comment on pages and blog posts.
