Is there a way to restrict access to the 'Restore this Version' Button?

I am looking for a way to restrict access to the 'Restore this Version' when viewing a previous version of the page history.  I will prefer that only the space admin have permission to restore a previous version.

You can only prevent deletion.  Even if the individual restores an old version over the top of the new one that version is still in the history.  Also anyone watching the page would be notified.  If you have pages that on certain individuals should be updating and changing versions on you can use page restrictions and make the page view only.  This would prevent them on that page from resting page versions.

@Ramon Vilela you can remove delete permission on the space permission for users and groups.  This will prevent deletion of attachments, pages, etc.
