Is there a way to "globally" prevent the creation of individual user groups in a Space?

Hello lovely community,

I would like to remove the ability for Space Admins to create individual user groups in the Space on a company-wide basis. I would like the admins to be able to continue to manage the users in the groups but not create new groups.

Is there a way to disable the button?
