Is there a way to link a Global Address book?

When setting up projects, it is very time-consuming to search for people's phone numbers, titles, and email addresses and then copy them into Confluence and Jira.  Just wondering if there is a way to link an Outlook Global Address book to our account so that the fields can auto-populate?

There are a few apps on the Atlassian Marketplace that provide some extra functionality around user profiles. A couple have provisions for uploading lists of user attributes like you've mentioned! Have a look at the apps related to user profiles and see if one might fit your particular needs.
