Is there a method to restrict JPD publishing exclusively to our company's domain?

Our Information Security group worries that the Publish feature might make our confidential roadmaps accessible to the public. When sharing with a limited audience, does any setting exist to stop recipients from distributing the published URL beyond our company?

Hello and welcome to the Community @Andrew McGrath

"Anyone with the link" is truly public, no login required so your InfoSec concerns are spot on. If a roadmap is confidential, you should definitely steer clear of that option.

There isn’t a middle-ground "domain-only" public link; it is either open to the whole internet or restricted to logged-in users.

For safe internal sharing, your best bet is to publish the view to a specific Atlassian group (ideally one synced from your IdP).

This ensures that even if the URL is leaked or forwarded, the recipient still needs to be an authenticated member of your organization to see any data. If you want to eliminate the risk entirely, site admins can also disable public publishing site-wide within the JPD access settings.
