My confluence tree is structured as below:

  • Digital Space
    • PRODUCT 1
      • Documentation
        • 00
        • 01
        • ..
        • 22
      • Installation
      • ...

Is there a possibility to export the entire content of "Documentation" (=23 pages) one shot into a PDF?

@Harish R Welcome to the community!

Yes, you can by following the steps below:

  1. Select Space Settings from the sidebar.

  2. Select Export space from the Manage space card.

  3. Select PDF then select Next.

  4. Select Custom Export

  5. Select the pages which you want to export only

  6. Select Export

    Link to the full documentation

Note: You will need to have Space export permission to do this

I hope it helps!

@Harish R, what Sayed said, is correct.

If you search for easier ways to export a page and its whole subtree, you can give our app Scroll PDF Exporter a try. When you're on a page and want to export it, it allows you to export the whole subtree by checking a checkbox.

In addition, it comes with many styling options. So, depending on your needs, check it out or discuss your use case with us.
