Is there a way to create a drill down sequence for a confluence page?

I have created a table in Confluence with 10 major categories along the x axis and 6 major categories along they Y axis. I now need a way to segment the 6 major categories along the Y axis, within each one I need to create 5 major sub categories, and then further within each of the new 5 sub categories there will be a set of finite actions, tasks, and discussions that need to be completed. How can I update/segment the already created 6x10 table, so that I have the option to choose one of the 5 major subcategories from a drop down, and then tasks auto change based off the selected sub category?

Hi @TIyoha, Daniel here from the Kolekti team (par of The Adaptavist Group).

Could you clarify if the goal of the table here is to guide users to a set of actions/tasks/discussions to be completed?

I'm not sure how you could add a filter to tables to display only the tasks you want but, have you considered creating a decision tree guide to help your users find and navigate to each of those actions they need to complete, in the order you want?

If you think that's a solution you'd like to consider, let me know and I can help you set one up, as that's what Guided Pathways for Confluence does and sounds like it could be a good fit.
Cheers,
Dan

@Daniel_Domene_Kolekti yes the end goal is to guide a user to a set of actions/tasks/discussions that need to be completed.  I have thought about a decision tree yes but not sure how to create one in a confluence page.

I reviewed Guided Pathways for Confluence it may be a good fit for what I am hoping to provide. How do we set that up?
