Is there a way to bind/link two or more form elements to one Field Definiton in Confluence?

Hello fellow Atlassian Community users,

my urge is that I have to create a form in Confluence, where I want to ask people multiple questions. The person filling out my form should be able to check one of the e.g. radio buttons and afterwards be able to select one value from a dropdown list. I want those two form elements to be linked.

Sadly after doing some research I still couldn't come up with an solution.

Hi

This sounds like a ConfiForms question...

And if I get you right then you are looking to have something like dependent fields. Is that correct?

So you want to remove all the non relevant options from the dropdown? It's possible, see https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/ConfiForms+Field+Definition+Rules#ConfiFormsFieldDefinitionRules-ApplyFilteronafield
