Is there a way to add a blurb to a picture if you hover over it?

Looking to add a "biography" to each team members picture. So if you were to hover over the persons name or picture their biography would appear. Looking for any alternatives if this is not a feature.

You can do this by customizing your page with Javascript or HTML. You can do this using the HTML Macro in Confluence.
